1. Intake and inventory
Already own the kit? Send the model number. Still shopping? We will steer you toward one that suits your footprint and your service panel before you spend anything. Either way, delivery day means opening every carton and reconciling it against the packing list right then, so a cracked panel or a missing bag of fasteners surfaces on day one rather than mid-assembly.
2. Base and circuit go in first
The booklet assumes a level pad and a live outlet. Most yards supply neither. We form and pour a level base, or shim onto an existing slab, then run a dedicated circuit to code. An older valley panel sometimes needs upgrading, and you will hear that from us at the start. Permits get filed alongside.
3. Assembly and finish carpentry
Then we put it up right: walls, ceiling, benches, and a door that hangs true and stays true in dry heat. We wire the heater, set the vents so the room breathes, and finish the trim. Most kits take three to seven days. We heat it up with you before we go.

That is the bulk of this service. Send the model number and the packing list, we will confirm it suits your footprint and your panel, then we receive the delivery, inventory it, and put it up. Still shopping? Ask first and we will point you at something that fits.
Is the manufacturer warranty still valid?
It does. Coverage hangs on the kit going up per the maker’s instructions with properly rated wiring, which is exactly how a licensed crew works. We photograph and document the build so you have proof if a claim ever comes up.
Will I need a permit?
Usually. A hardwired heater triggers one, and so does anything past a certain footprint. Checking with the city and carrying the permit is part of what we do. HOA neighborhoods get their submittal package prepared as well.
What is the timeline on a kit?
Three to seven days for most kits once every part is on site. You get a timeline after we see the kit and the space, and we do not start until the count is done.
Do you handle the electrical and the heater hookup?
Yes. Most heaters need their own line, and we run it, hook it up, and test it. Then we heat the room so you can feel it work. If your panel needs an upgrade, you hear it from us early.
